We have partnered up with GroovyMedia Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shota Watanabe, referred to as "Groovy Media" onwards) and created an integration between easyPoints and a Japanese CRM/MA application called “StoreCRM”.

easyPoints will no longer block the whole point adjustment, and will reset the total balance to 0.

Point redemption is now compatible with auto generated order discounts.

You can now exclude specific customers from easyPoints with customer tags.
