Introducing our new integration with the Japanese CRM/MA app “StoreCRM”!
We have partnered up with GroovyMedia Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shota Watanabe, referred to as "Groovy Media" onwards) and created an integration between easyPoints and a Japanese CRM/MA application called “StoreCRM”.
With the integration, point expiration and point allotment notifications can be automated with ease.
About StoreCRM
StoreCRM is a Shopify app that allows you to implement advanced and complex marketing automation (MA) strategies—such as scenario-based emails, step emails, and LINE scenario messaging—without requiring specialized knowledge, simply by installing the app.
Additionally, it offers features such as customizable email and LINE messaging for segmented customer groups, as well as analytics capabilities, contributing to increased store revenue and maximizing the LTV (Lifetime Value) of existing customers. No need for engineers as the app is designed simply for EC staff to easily navigate through.

By integrating with StoreCRM, you can automatically deliver personalized, point-related messages at the optimal timing. This integration enables you to encourage point usage among your store’s customers and drive purchases to help them achieve higher customer tiers.
Features
By integrating the app, you can reference information from easyPoints such as points awarded or deducted, or customers’ point expiration dates, and easyPoints tiers. This allows you to automate various emails and LINE messages.
Additionally, you can insert tags for available points or tier details into the email or LINE message body, enabling the delivery of personalized messages tailored to each customer.
Here are some specific examples of what can be achieved through the StoreCRM integration
- Point allotment notifications
- Point expiration reminder notifications
- Notifications for specific tier-segmented customers
- Notifications for customers with over a certain amount of points
How to integrate
The integration requires Shopify Flow.
Step 1: Exporting CSV infromation
Please export data using the CSV export feature on easyPoints and import the data to StoreCRM.
Step 2: Create a flow to send information
Please use the trigger “Point Balance Update” from easyPoints and add the action from StoreCRM - “Add easyPoints data” which will add information to StoreCRM every time a customer’s point balance is updated.
