The behavior of the "Point balance update" flow trigger is planned has changed from the 1st of April. You may need to update some of your setting for the existing flows.

What is new?

Flows will trigger upon coupon cancellations

Returning points due to coupon cancellations will now trigger the point balance update flow.

Originally this was not set to trigger the flow since the main usage of the flow integration itself was limited to sending out notifications. Due to recent expansions and new features, this will get updated to trigger the flow.

New type: "coupon_cancellation"

A new type called "coupon_cancellation" was added to the available types in the flow. By filtering this out from your flow, you can still use the same flow and keep the function as it is. Please make sure to add the flow filter before the update.
